Let’s be real, the state exam is hard and it should be. As real estate professionals we help consumers navigate the largest financial transaction of their life. Buying lucky t-shirts, putting magnets in your shoes, or bribing the testing center employees with chocolate won’t help you pass. Only being prepared will help you do that. That is why we have created this page to help our students, as well as students from other schools, get prepared for the state exam. We want to make sure you are not part of the 52% that don’t pass the exam on the first try.

The passing percentage for the broker test was slightly better at 51% for 2017.

We’ve developed several real estate math tutorial videos to help guide you through the various problems you may encounter on the state exam. Be sure to check back often in the future as we are adding new videos all the time.

I recently attended the OneBlue Real Estate School, and all I can say is they are excellent, the entire staff is great. Kevin Johnson teaches with passion and exuberance. The attitude of everyone there is the best. He can make the most mundane topic fun. His attention to the student's needs is exceptional. He provided many tips and guidance as to how to remember the many details needed to pass the course exam.
