Post-Licensing Courses for Brokers

Newly licensed brokers must complete two of three available 30-hour post license courses during their first renewal cycle. We offer all three courses as well as two course bundles!

CE & RELATED COURSES

14-hr Continuing Education

All licensed holders are required to complete 14-hours of CE every renewal cycle after their initial licensure period. Our course includes the 3-hr core law and 3-hour ethics required by FREC.

28-hr Reactivation Course

If your license is involuntary inactive and you need to complete your 28-hours of education to reactivate your license, you’ve come to the right place. Our course meets all FREC requirements.

Mutual Recognition FL Law Prep

Designed for nonresident license applicants who are seeking a Florida real estate license through mutual recognition. The course will prepare you for the Laws & Rules Exam administered by the state.
