Successful completion of this course is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to be eligible for the Florida real estate license exam. Below is the class schedule for our five-week, weeknight, 63-hour sales pre-license course. Please note that per Florida statutes, you can not miss more than 8-hours of instructional time. Please take special note that the end-of-course exam is administered on the Friday following the last day of class. The exam start time is 6:00 pm.
