45-HOUR SALES Post-LICENSE
The Florida Real Estate Commission, commonly referred to as FREC, requires all newly licensed individuals to complete and pass the 45-hour sales post-license course prior to the first renewal. Failure to complete the course and pass the end of course exam with a 75% or higher prior to the first renewal date will result in the individual’s license being rendered null and void. The 45-hour sales post license course offered by OneBlue Real Estate School is fully licensed and permitted to satisfy the requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission.
