The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires anyone wishing to obtain a real estate license in Florida to complete FREC Course 1, commonly referred to as the 63-hour sales pre-license course. The 63-hour sales pre-license course consists of 60-hours of classroom instructional time and a 3-hour window for the end of course exam. The 63-hour sales pre-license course offered by OneBlue Real Estate School is fully licensed and permitted to satisfy the requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission.

1 In order to qualify for the guarantee, students must attend all scheduled sessions, arrive on time, not leave early, complete all class assignments, and sit for the end-of-course exam.
