I did the 2 week course back in September. The instructors were great and they are really here to help you succeed. Passed the state test on the first try. Good school, tools and resources and good people. Great COVID19 procedures so don’t be afraid to take the class in person. I would recommend and can’t wait for my post 45 class!

I was hesitant to jump into Real Estate; however, the instructors at OneBlue Real Estate School made that first step a lot more manageable. The lead instructors/owners, Kevin and John, are patient, animated, relatable, organized, and knowledgeable! They provided our class with real-life experiences that gave the material application, which helped the information easier to understand. I HIGHLY encourage all to participate and engage; it makes the difference between passing or failing, in my experience. Please don’t be shy; this school is here to help you succeed as they helped me. Kevin and John may have left the hospitality industry, but they have not left hospitality behind! Nicely done Oneblue!
I am so happy I selected OneBlue as my 63 hour pre-license course. It was the best decision! Kevin and John are very knowledgeable, I was provided with all the material I needed to pass the end of course exam. They know how to make class fun and engaging, very professional and they want to make sure you understand the material. Kevin was amazing, he is patient and he makes you feel very confident. I highly recommend OneBlue if you’re on the fence of where to go for your pre-license course.
I highly recommend OneBlue to everyone ! Kevin and John make sure you are well prepared to take the class exam. There’s no such thing as a stupid question with them, they will both make sure you actually understand the material before moving on to the next chapters. I was hesitant and nervous at first about taking this course but I am glad I did and glad I chose OneBlue.
I took my 63 hour pre-license course at OneBlue and can’t say enough great things about it! Kevin and John are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable, funny and friendly. They have a great style of teaching. You actually enjoy learning even when some of the topics aren’t the most interesting. They offer a good mix of teaching from the book but also examples of real world experiences. They not only want you to leave the school actually having have learned the material but being able to retain it and that I did!
I did a lot of research before I chose to attend OneBlue for my Real Estate class. Kevin Johnson and John Carpenter are awesome teachers as well as leaders. The classes are small. In no way was I bored, they made sure to connect with the students. If you are searching for a school to start your real estate career, don’t skip over this school.
I recently attended a class at One Blue Real Estate School and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was friendly and a pleasure to work with, the facility was first class and the instructor was outstanding. It takes a lot to impress me but the fact is that I was so impressed with the overall quality of the education provided that I have signed up for another class and it’s almost a 3 hour drive for me to attend.
My wife and I took the two week, 63 hour pre-license course AND the pre-State Exam Cram class at the Orlando Real Estate Institute run by One Blue, and we both passed the course the first time! The Florida Real Estate Exam is not easy, and if you go to One Blue you are going to be miles ahead of the people who try to study with online courses. The teachers at One Blue really, really know their stuff. The classes are small and you always get the chance to ask them questions and to chat with them about your special needs between classes. I really recommend this outfit.
I had an amazing experience attending to One Blue. The teachers are awesome. Making the course pleasant and smooth. The environment is really comfortable and the class material updated. Kevin’s way of teaching math is awesome. He makes it easier than it looks at first. I totally recommend this school with you want a great start with your career in Real state.
I met Kevin and John when I relocated from PA to FL. I wanted to continue my 15 years in the business here in the sunshine state! I found this organization to be dedicated, knowledgeable, talented, and passionate about the real estate industry. the class was phenomenal, and the collaboration and teamwork among the class created dynamic synergy! I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a positive and professional environment – a group that will continue to support you long after the course is over. I recently passed my state exam, and owe it to Kevin and his team. OneBlue! Hands DOWN!
