INTRODUCTION
The Florida real estate exams are not easy test by any means. On average, over 75,000 each year sit for one of the three main exams: sales associate, broker, and real estate instructor. We’ve compiled all the statistics on the Florida real estate exams starting in 2018 and created this dashboard to give anyone who is interested a big picture look into the passing rates in Florida. This data is provided to real estate schools in Florida by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Bureau of Education and Testing. This dashboard will be updated by the 25th of every month unless the 25th falls on a weekend. In that case, we will update it by the close of business on the following Monday.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The following Florida real estate exam statistics are for all tests administered by the DBPR. The DBPR does not track which real estate school a test-taker attended for pre-license education and therefore is not able to provide any real estate school their individual school’s pass/fail rates.
DATA UPDATED THROUGH JULY 2023.
