Congratulations on taking the first step towards obtaining your Florida real estate license! Below you will find details on our 2-week, 63-hour sales associate pre-license course. Successful completion of this course is required by the Florida Real Estate Commission to be eligible for the Florida real estate license exam. Below is the class schedule for our three and a half week, weeknight, 63-hour sales pre-license course. Please note that per Florida statutes, you can not miss more than 8-hours of instructional time. Please take special note that the end-of-course exam is administered on the the last day of the course. Students who have missed more than 8 hours of instructional time will not be permitted to sit for the exam.
