November 2019 Real Estate Exam Statewide Pass Rates

Each month the Department of Business and Professional Regulation releases the statewide pass/fail rates for the Florida real estate sales associate, broker, and instructor exams, These results are for all test takers and are not specific to any particular real estate school. 

For your convenience, we’ve compiled the pass rates for these three exams in the 30-second video below. You’ll see two numbers for each exam: first time and repeaters. 

  • The “first time” number is the passing percentage for all those taking the test for the first time.
  • The “repeaters” number is for anyone taking the test for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc time.

One important note when evaluating real estate schools. The State of Florida does not track which real estate school test takers attended therefore there are no statistics of passing rates by school.
