Kevin’s Florida Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Update for January 2023

Each month, the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams the State of Florida gives. Below are the results from January 2023 for the real estate exams.

The results are broken down by license type, first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam.
