Florida Real Estate State Exam Pass/Fail Rates for January 2019

The State of Florida has released the January Pass/Fail rates for the sales associate, real estate broker, and real estate instructor exams. Below, you’ll find all three exam results including the pass rate for first-time takers, repeat takers, and the combined pass rate.

Sales Associate Exam:

  • 1st Time: 48%
  • Repeat: 30%
  • Combined: 38%

Broker Exam:

  • 1st Time: 57%
  • Repeat: 40%
  • Pass Rate: 49%

Real Estate Instructor:

  • 1st Time: 29%
  • Repeat: 44%
  • Pass Rate: 38%
