Each month the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams given by the State of Florida. Below are the results from January 2022 for the real estate exams.
The results are broken down by license type then by first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam.
SALES ASSOCIATE EXAM
During the month of January 2022, the State of Florida administered 3551 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 1710 being first-time test takers and 1841 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 1313 online proctored exams with 1408 being first-time test takers and 2721 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM
During the month of January 2022, the State of Florida administered 129 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 162 being first-time test takers and 148 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 239 online proctored exams with 57 being first-time test takers and 38 being repeat test-takers.

INSTRUCTOR EXAM
During the month of January 2022, the State of Florida administered 17 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with 7 being first-time test takers and 10 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 103 online proctored exams with 48 being first-time test takers and 55 being repeat test-takers.

SUMMARY
The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to set for one of the real estate license exams in Florida needs to be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
