During the month of February 2021, the State of Florida administered 3,470 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 1,775 being first-time test takers and 1,695 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 3,766 online proctored exams with 1,970 being first-time test takers and 1,796 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM
During the month of February 2021, the State of Florida administered 121 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 89 being first-time test takers and 210 being repeat test-takers. During the month of February 2021, the State of Florida administered 10 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with 4 being first-time test takers and 6 being repeat test-takers. The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida.
