Florida State Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Rates For July 2021

Each month the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams given by the State of Florida. Below are the results from July 2021 for the real estate exams.

The results are broken down by license type then by first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam.

SALES ASSOCIATE EXAM

During the month of July 2021, the State of Florida administered 3,688 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 2,053 being first-time test takers and 1,635 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 3,706 online proctored exams with 1,888 being first-time test takers and 1,818 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM

During the month of July 2021, the State of Florida administered 242 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 140 being first-time test takers and 102 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 234 online proctored exams with 133 being first-time test takers and 101being repeat test-takers.

INSTRUCTOR EXAM

During the month of July 2021, the State of Florida administered 8 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with 2 being first-time test takers and 6 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 6 online proctored exams with 3 being first-time test takers and 3 being repeat test-takers.

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to set for one of the real estate license exams in Florida needs to be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
