Florida State Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Rates For June 2020

Each month the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams given by the State of Florida. Below are the results from June 2020 for the real estate exams.

The results are broken down by license type then by first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam. 

SALES ASSOCIATE EXAM

During the month of June 2020, the State of Florida administered 2,736 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 1,646 being first-time test takers and 1,090 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM

During the month of June 2020, the State of Florida administered 270 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 161 being first-time test takers and 109 being repeat test-takers.

During the month of June 2020, the State of Florida administered 6 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with  4 being first-time test takers and 2 being repeat test-takers.

SUMMARY

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to set for one of the real estate license exams in Florida needs to be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
