During the month of March 2021, the State of Florida administered 3,003 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 1,470 being first-time test takers and 1,533 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 4,312 online proctored exams with 2,220 being first-time test takers and 2,092 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM
During the month of March 2021, the State of Florida administered 174 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 101 being first-time test takers and 73 being repeat test-takers. During the month of March 2021, the State of Florida administered 11 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with 3 being first-time test takers and 8 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 17 online proctored exams with 10 being first-time test takers and 7 being repeat test-takers.

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida.
