Kevin’s Florida Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Update for April 2022

Each month the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams given by the State of Florida. Below are the results from April 2022 for the real estate exams.

 

The results are broken down by license type then by first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam.

SALES ASSOCIATE EXAM

During the month of April 2022, the State of Florida administered 4581 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 2286 being first-time test takers and 2295 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 3095 online proctored exams with 1625 being first-time test takers and 1471 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM

During the month of April 2022, the State of Florida administered 330 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 165 being first-time test takers and 165 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 216 online proctored exams with 106 being first-time test takers and 110 being repeat test-takers.

INSTRUCTOR EXAM

During the month of April 2022, the State of Florida administered 13 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with 9 being first-time test takers and 4 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 3online proctored exams with 3 being first-time test takers and 0 being repeat test-takers.

SUMMARY

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to set for one of the real estate license exams in Florida needs to be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
