Kevin’s Florida Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Update for November 2022

Each month, the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams the State of Florida gives. Below are the results from November 2022 for the real estate exams.

 

The results are broken down by license type, first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam.

SALES ASSOCIATE EXAM

In November 2022, the State of Florida administered 3,543 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center, with 1,908 first-time test takers and 1,635 repeat test takers. The State of Florida also administered 2,058 online proctored exams, with 1,128 first-time test takers and 935 repeat test takers.

BROKER EXAM

In November 2022, the State of Florida administered 368 total Broker exams in person at a testing center, with 211 first-time test takers and 157 repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 190 online proctored exams, with 105 first-time test takers and 85 repeat test takers.

INSTRUCTOR EXAM

In November 2022, the State of Florida administered 9 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center, with 5 being first-time test takers and 4 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 4 online proctored exams, with 3 being first-time test takers and 1 being repeat test-takers.

SUMMARY

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to sit for one of the Florida real estate license exams must be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
