Kevin’s Florida Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Update for May 2022

Each month the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all licensing exams given by the State of Florida. Below are the results from May 2022 for the real estate exams.

 

The results are broken down by license type then by first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam.

SALES ASSOCIATE EXAM

During the month of May 2022, the State of Florida administered 4541 total Sales Associate exams in person at a testing center with 2236 being first-time test takers and 2305 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 3041 online proctored exams with 1597 being first-time test takers and 1444 being repeat test-takers.

BROKER EXAM

During the month of May 2022, the State of Florida administered 367 total Broker exams in person at a testing center with 191 being first-time test takers and 176 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 260 online proctored exams with 136 being first-time test takers and 124 being repeat test-takers.

INSTRUCTOR EXAM

During the month of May 2022, the State of Florida administered 13 total Instructor exams in person at a testing center with 10 being first-time test takers and 3 being repeat test-takers. The State of Florida also administered 2 online proctored exams with 2 being first-time test takers and 0 being repeat test-takers.

SUMMARY

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. They are difficult exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to set for one of the real estate license exams in Florida needs to be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
