Florida State Real Estate Exam Pass/Fail Rates For December 2018

Each month the DBPR’s Bureau of Education and Testing releases the statewide pass/fail rates for all real estate exams given by the State of Florida. Below are the results from December 2018 for the real estate exams given by PearsonVue.

The results are broken down by license type then by first-time test takers, repeaters who took the exam multiple times, and then the blended total. The percentage shown in green is the percentage that passed the exam. 

REAL ESTATE exam - sales

During the month of December 2018, the State of Florida administered 4,811 total Sales Associate real estate exams in person at a testing center with 2,279 being first-time real estate exam takers and 2,532 being repeat test-takers.

During the month of December 2018, the State of Florida administered 376 total Broker real estate exams in person at a testing center with 209 being first-time real estate exams and 167 being repeat exam-takers.

During the month of December 2018, the State of Florida administered 15 total Instructor real estate exams in person at a testing center with 9 being first-time test takers and 6 being repeat test-takers.

The real estate exams are not to be taken lightly. The Florida real estate exams and are designed to ensure that the test taker is minimally competent to practice real estate in the State of Florida. Anyone wishing to set for one of the real estate exams in Florida needs to be prepared and ensure they know the material inside and out.
